Sciatica

Information:  Pain in the lower back, buttocks, one leg (any part). Typically, sciatica affects only one side of the body.

Common causal factors: Sciatica most commonly occurs when a herniated disk, bone spur on the spine or narrowing of the spine (spinal stenosis) compresses part of the nerve. This causes inflammation, pain and often some numbness in the affected leg.

Note: 

For all programs the input is the large flexible applicator horizontally on the lower back (lumbar area). A second flexible applicator can be placed on the pain area in the leg for programs 3579.1, 427.0, 428.0

If the condition is acute start with program 366.0, and continue with 170.0, 171.0, 3579.1, 427.0, 428.0, 150.0

If the pain is chronic, consider running the scar interference programs 736.0, 737.0 and 178.0 with input on the lower back in the beginning of the therapy and repeat for 3 sessions.

In case of acute conditions treatments can be repeated every 2-3 days, while for chronic conditions every 5-7 days.
